About NAPT

We are a vibrant team of like-minded young academicians and retired senior defence, paramilitary and police officers. The academy was formed with the lofty goal of imparting training to help candidates find a job in the army, navy, air force, CRPF, BSF, CISF, State police force, ITBP and other Private Security Agencies.

Over the past years, the academy has provided quality training to aspirants by balancing both the academic syllabus and physical fitness in accordance with the importance placed on them. The awareness and selection camps are conducted at municipality/panchayath level for the mobilisation of the students. The Academy offers 1 Year intense training to improve the academic knowledge and physical fitness of the trainees. NAPT learning centres are equipped with classroom, full-fledged lab, well trained physical trainers, proficient academic trainers, health and nutritionist, doctors, Ex-servicemen and counsellors. The study materials and syllabus are prepared by academicians and veterans from the various forces. The multilevel education system of NAPT makes the student fit to join the forces and a perfect citizen.

Among the 7000 candidates trained by NAPT within last 4 years, more than 2000 got employed in both government and private sectors. It is estimated that around 50 lack aspirants apply for a career in armed forces including state police force in India every year. We are able to tap a minimum of 6% of this employable crowd in a year. NAPT has established study centres throughout Kerala and are establishing centres in Tamilnadu & Karnataka.

Vision

After the successful completion of NAPT’s Pre recruitment Training program, the candidate’s communication skill, leadership quality and patriotism would have gained a phenomenal boost. Their minor shortcomings that would cost their winning chances during test shall be effectively and systematically corrected. By completing this course, they will find themselves armed with knowledge, requisite physical quality and self confidence to confront exams or interviews.
