ADMISSION

Admission Procedure
Admission to the school is open to all depending upon the availability of seats, provided that the students have to qualify in the eligibility test conducted by the school . Admission to JCS is open to all. Our KG children get the priority to get admission to class I. For admission to class I, the child should have completed six years of age as on the Ist June of the year of admission. . Submission of birth certificate is compulsory at the time of admission. Admission to classes II to IX is based on the performance in the entrance test to be conducted by the school. Admission to classes X and XII is not entertained at any cost.
Registration for admission to class XI commences soon after class X examination. Application form can be obtained from the school office. The last date for submission of the filled in application form is the 3rd day after the publication of class X result. A copy of class X mark list is to be attached with the application form. Rank list of students selected for admission to class XI will be published the very next day of the last day for receiving application forms. All admission procedures will be completed by the 1st week of June and classes will commence during the same week. Documents required at the time of admission to class XI are TC, original mark list of class X, Migration certificate in case of students from other states. Original certificates to prove caste should be produced in case of SC/ST students.

Discipline
Strict discipline is insisted in school to maintain the high standard of learning and decorum and dignity. In the event of a student found repeating indiscipline despite strict warnings from the school he/she shall be expelled from school as per the rules prescribed by the school in this regard.

Parent Teacher Association (PTA)
School conducts periodical meetings with the PTA to receive feed backs from the parents regarding the activities in the school.

Fee and mode of payment
School collects minimum fee from students to meet the recurring expenditure involved in running the school. The fee should be paid quarterly on or before 5th of May , August, November and February. Fee can be paid as a single annual premium in advance for which a 5% concession is allowed.

Uniform and dress code
School prescribes uniform dress code. Students should compulsorily be in proper uniform during school hours as well as during events conducted in school.
