Admission Procedure

Candidates are required to read all the rules and regulations before they take admission. Students, upon admission will be bound by all the rules and regulations mentioned herein, as well as other conditions that may be intimated from time to time. The rules and regulations are subject to change, without prior notice, at the discretion of the Institute.
  1. The Prospectus & Application form of all courses PG, UG & Diploma can be obtained in person from the office of IPMS college by paying Rs. 500/- in cash.
  2. The application form can also be downloaded from IPMS website www.ipmscollegeofaviation.com
  3. Applicants may purchase an application form by post, send a cheque / DD For Rs.550/- favoring Institute of Professional Management studies payable at Trivandrum.
  4. After fill with relevant details, original and xerox certificate of 10th, 12th and provisional certificate of Degree should be submitted to office in college.
  5. There will be entrance/scholarship exam to all students who join offered course, for this student should be accompanied with parents.
  6. Once student passes the exam, he/she has to submit the registration by paying admission fees, university fees prescribed by college in cash or DD in favor of Institute of Professional Management Studies at Trivandrum.
  7. Fee once paid at the time of Registration is not refundable & non-transferable.
  8. After registration and joining in a course, student and their parent should sign a tri-parties agreement / MOU with college.
  9. Tuition and other fees for the various programs conducted by the institute are subject to change as prescribed by the respective University/Regulatory body and/ or by the institute from time to time.
  10. Tuition and other fees may vary, depending on the program, certain Additional charges not included in the tuition fees may be applicable.
  11. Details of program fees will be communicated at the time of application and in the call letter post to selected and confirmed admission candidates.
  12. 12. The students who cancel the admission later of are not eligible for refund the fee paid. 50% of the admission fees will be refundable if the student leaves or cancelled their admission within 10 days from date of admission. Students once get admission and start to attend the classes and marked in attendance sheet and cancelled the admission were they will not get refund any fees paid. The student who cancelled the admission after university registration or after 60 days of commence of classes should clear the 1st semester fee than only they will receive their certificates.
