Civil Service Institute, Pala, conducts free coaching for Civil Service Interview for candidates who have appeared for Civil Services Written examination, The class is held at City Campus of the institute. Lourdes Centre, Thiruvanathapuram for one week in February and shall consist of mock interview sessions and classes led by experts in the field. Special Crash Programme will be arranged for Malayalam optional paper.


This course is specially meant for those brilliant students who take up the task of preparing for IAS, IPS etc. along with their undergraduate or Post-graduate studies. The duration of the Course is 3 years. Classes are conducted on holidays and during vacations. The Course covers all the subjects included in our Full-time Course.


The Foundation course is meant for HSS students. The course content is mainly the syllabus for the IAS preliminary Examination. In addition to it, the students are given training in public speaking, group discussion, leadership activities and interview skills. The development of communication skills is another concern of the course. Foundation classes are conducted on second Saturdays and other holidays. It begins in the month of August every year. Besides familiarizing the students with the Civil Services exams, the course also prepares them for the various entrance exams conducted by reputed colleges/instituions.


This Programme is meant for all civil service aspirant who are unable to attend classes for a regular basis. Updated study material will be made available via Post for a year.


The Intensive Training Programme has been designed to equip Civil Service aspirants for the All India Aptitude Test, introduced from 2011 onwards. The duration of the programme is three years.
It consists of Orientation Camps and annual workshops during vacations, periodic get togethers for evaluation of assignments and project work.


This course is meant for Graduates/Post Graduates who would like to take the IAS/IPS and other competitive examinations.The course begins in 4th June 2018 and goes up to December, the next year. Though the course with regular fulltime classes is only for 14 months, the candidates are allowed to use the facilities of the institute till they complete all three parts of the Civil Services Examination- Prelims, Mains and Interview.
