Bishop Jerome Memorial Trust is managed by a Governing Body consisting of 13 members who are elected during the Annual General Body Meeting held every year. The Ex Officio President of the Governing Body is the Bishop of the Diocese of Quilon as per the Bye Law of Association. The Vice President, the Secretary and the Treasurer are elected during the first Governing Body Meeting after the election. The Director of Vijnana Vihar, which is a project of Bishop Jerome Memorial Trust, is selected by the Governing Body as required.
