KALYAN SCHOOL AND DAY CARE, Thycaud started in April 14th 2007 was officially brought under the Sreeman Subramania Pillai Trust from December 2011 Kalvan School and Day Care Shivaji Nagar, Edacodu was inaugurated in March 2008 followed by Kalyan Plus the Special School in Kalyan Hospital Campus in the same Year.

In January 2011 SMT. KRISHNAMMAL RATNASWAMY VOCATIONAL CENTRE For The physically and mentally challenged was inaugurated. Kalyan Plus the Special School and Smt. Krishnammal Ratnaswamy Vocational Centre come under Kalyan Hospital. SREEMAN SUBRAMANIA PILLAI TRUST has Dr. M.S. Thiruvarian, the Chief Medical Officer, Kalyan Hospital as the Chief Trustee, Mrs. Rajeswari Ratnaswamy ( Youngest daughter of P. Ratnaswamy (PRS) as one of the Trustees.)

Trinity English and Malayalam Medium School which was founded by Mr. Babu and Mrs. Christy Bai in 1992 under Trinity Charitable Trust, was taken over by the Kalyan School Management in March 28th 2016 with Dr. Suresh Balan ( Husband of our CEO Mrs. Priya Balan) as President and Mrs. Priya Balan as treasurer of the trust.

Dr. M.S. Thiruvarian as the Manager of the trust, the Trust formally appointed Dr. Suresh Balan, M.D. of Kalyan Group of Institutions.
