Sri Sri Ravishankar Vidya Mandir, as the name itself suggests, is designed to be a temple of learning where knowledge is revered;

Sri Sri Ravishankar Vidya Mandir (SSRVM) schools have been established by the SSRVM trust. The SSRVM trust is the educational wing of the "Art of Living foundation" (founded by Sri Sri Ravishankar). As per the website, the intention is to impart value education in a stress free and child friendly environment.
Aim
Our aim is not only to impart an academic, syllabus-based education, but also to focus on the child's overall personality development. We emphasize local cultures and traditions, family values and progressive attitudes. Also, due to the particular needs facing our students, we pay special attention to inculcating values related to health and hygiene.

Life at SSRVM
- Yoga : Yoga stretches the body through postures and movements derived from the world around us, and combine these with breath awareness and relaxation techniques.
- Art Excel Kriya, Prayer
- Stress free child friendly and value added education. Daily yoga and meditation.
- Daily one co-curricular activity is given to all children it includes chess,carroms,chenda,dance,music,karate,hockey. From next year onwards kalari will be introduced.
- School timings: 8.40 am to 3.00 pm
- Bus Routes: Thachottukavu, Pottayil, Manikandeswaram, Kachani, Nettayam, Pattom, Kesavadasapuram, Ulloor, Chalakuzhy, Kannammoola, Chakkai, Petta, Karakulam, Pappnamkode, Karamana.
- Healthy food habit is practiced – Tuesday: Salad day, Friday: Fruits day
- All junk foods, carbonated drinks and chocolates are banned inside the campus.
- National celebrations as well as the religious celebrations are given equal importance.
