Pre Engineered Steel Buildings (PEB)
Pre Engineered Buildings (PEB) are steel structures designed by a steel structure design engineer considering various load, strength, climatic conditions. These pre designed Pre Engineered Building (PEB) design drawings are fabricated with according as per design parameters. The Pre-fabricated rigid steel structures are transported to site in Trucks. The site is prepared by cleaning & leveling & provided proper RCC foundation with built in flanges to fix the rigid structures. The rigid strictures mounted over the flanges with fasteners. These assembled rigid frames are properly interlocked using rod bracing. So as to strengthened the whole structure. The purlins are fixed over the horizontal rigid frames & trifold. The Pre Engineered Buildings (PEB) walls are covered using varies decorative & non decorative materials according to the nature of use.

Reduced Construction time: When the foundation is being built in site, the structural members are simultaneously fabricated in industries. Since the erection time is also less it results in the early completion of the structure
