Sea Front A&B : These two fully Air-conditioned cottages are the premium cottages of the resort. They are very spacious and well furnished, hardly 20 metres from the beach
Sea Face A&B: These two cottages are fully Air-conditioned with plush interiors. These compact Air-conditioned rooms offers breath taking vistas of the sea.
Guru Mandir: This fully air conditioned cottage is made of wooden pillars and seasoned wooden planks. One can have a direct view of the Arabian sea. Shilpa Banghi: This Deluxe cottage has two spacious rooms which are fully Air-Conditioned. The carve laterite pillars and the artistically carved, wooden frontage of the cottage has an aesthetic appeal. The brick-tiled flooring and bamboo panelled walls give an eco-friendl feel and soothing ambience!.
Aditya: This Air-Conditioned wooden cottage has an added advantage of an attached kitchenette, keeping in mind guests who would prefer to do their own cooking. This takes care of their special culinary requirements. It also has a direct view of the sea.
Ettukettu: This eight-cornered cottage with a quadrangular courtyard, too, has some fine wood carvings. The natural smell of wood and the cosy beds with handloom spreads add to the traditional ambience.
Kalpaka: This cottage consists of two independent rooms built with seasoned, age old coconut logs and other wooden materials.
Heritage: This cottage has three wide independent rooms. The entrance is embellished with old wooden srtistic motifs collected from 150 year old houses which were being demolished. The cottages are traditional in design with laterite flooring, tiled roofs, wooden furniture and coir blinds. The interiors and exteriors have an abundance of magnificient woodwork.
Pranav: This old house consist of six rooms, two kitchens with all facilities on both the floors. It is adjacent to the magnificent coconut grove, which gives you a typical kerala feel!ideal for families and group booking.
Cafeteria: Traditional Kerala food is prepared by an inhouse cook with choice of other dishes. The malabari cuisine that kannur has to offer is indeed a gourmet’s delight. The lingering sweetness of Kinnathappams and Tapioca chips will take you to the heights culinary ecstasy! Relish spicy fried Kallumakais (mussels) with fragrant Malabar Biriyani, a special delicacy from Kannur. The pancakes (Appam) with vegetable or mutton stew, puttu and kadala (gram) curry are dishes that are indeed worth trying out.
Lawn Service: The magnificent lawn is an ideal setting for parties, receptions and get-togethers. The calm and serene environment and the lush greenery make it virtually a green paradise.
Kalari and Ayurveda Centre: There is also a gymnasium or Kalari, where the ancient art of Kalaripayattu, the forerunneer of judo and karate, is taught by experts.
